Adrian Pritchett: A little while ago I wrote a message to a friend, and after I clicked to send I got a CAPTCHA screen that said I had to verify the code in a graphic to send the message. It explained it was a feature that fights spam. I am a paying customer who has given them my name, address, credit card number, and birthdate, yet they treat me like the average Joe Blow who may have set up a free account three minutes ago.
Randy: Or you can pay them a few pennies per email. SPAM; a purchased commodity.
