Anti-Spam Tools

I understand precaution, but paranoia is lurking around the corner in this case, IMHO, since I haven't heard of any SPIT attacks taking place, and VoIP is still rather safe to use.
Anyhows, Neel Metha from SC Magazine has written a handy list of things you have to do to keep your business voip safe. And, if you ever had any experience working as a sys admin for even a medium company, you know how difficult it can be to protect computers and communications. This has mainly to do with people neglecting to abide by security protocols and plan sense, but that's another story.
Metha writes that VoIP can successfully be used by malicious attackers to infect networks with viruses and other malware, steal confidential information, spam, DdoS and other.
What can a person do? Metha suggests you keep your VoIP network separate, implement VoIP security, and protect VoIP against rouge usage. Read all about it at the SC Magazine.
