King of spam: still Netsky
Yet another proof that people rarely (or never) update their operating systems, software and anti-virus program is the fact that over three years after the fix against this particular threat was made available, Netsky still manages to top all malware - infested spam emails.

It irritates not only all other responsible users, but also spam, virus and malware fighters. Techworld quotes Sophos senior security consultant, Carole Theriault:
"It's frustrating to think that there are a bunch of new threats out there that are much more targeted and devious in their approach, yet how can we expect the average computer user to protect against them when the Netskys and Mytobs remain so rooted?"
Theriault said users need to roll up their sleeves and commit to keeping their PCs secure."

I absolutely agree.

So, don't be a lazy troll,go and check whether your e-mail client was updated recently, check your anti-virus, firewall and your operating system.

And, if you turned off your Windows automatic updates for any reason, a good place to get all your critical and other Windows security updates is Windiz Update. Works best with Firefox.
