Making your MT blog less spamable
We've talked about Wordpress anti-spam quick fix, Blogger has its own built in protection (such as comment authorization), and yes, there is a way to make your MT blogging experience a much nicer one.

The easiest way to do get less spam to your MT powered blog is to change the comments script name, in order to hide it from script filling bots, which are written by spammers according to default installation.

Sixapart website tells us how to change the comment script name effortlessly, so look there for instructions. Also, this is not a foolproof solution, so consider adding other anti-spam obstacles to keep your comments spam free.
