Sony Rootkit Settlement

Nick: For anyone who bought a CD that contained the Sony XCP rootkit, this is a reminder of the settlement that you are entitled to. You are entitled to receive a new CD without the rootkit on it, as well as $7.50 and one free album download. You can also forgo the cash and get three downloads instead. [cut] The Electronic Frontier Foundation has a page to help you with receiving your settlement. They also have a page that lists the CD's that contain the rootkit.
