"Spam King" Sanford Wallace has lost yet
another lawsuit. This one was a brought against him by MySpace, which sued him after he used a phishing scheme to gain unauthorized access to thousands of MySpace accounts, then used them to spam other users with ads for his website. MySpace was awarded a judgement after Wallace repeatedly ignored requests to turn over documents to the court and never bothered to show up for his court date. In his defense he claimed since he wasn't accepting mail or packages he never knew about the court date or the document requests. The court called his explanation nonsense. Wallace has also been sued by AOL, Earthlink, and other ISP's for his spamming activities.
