We talk about spam all the time, hear about people and states suing spammers and winning, but do you know how it's done? If you're serious about Stopping Spam, you should know the legislation first.

Spam Laws website is dedicated to hosting anti-spam legislative acts, laws and directives, together with a great bundle of actual cases and articles. You can find legislative anti-spam acts of USA, but also Europe and all the other countries who were decent enough to deal with the issue.

The Spam Laws website is maintained by David E. Sorkin, who did a great job of putting it all together. Now nothing stops you from suing your own, personal spammer, or reminding your government that some other countries have dealt with the issue better.
