The AdSense Team is Listening
I usually report about 1 Google AdSense violation (splog) per day. And everytime I report one, Google sends me an automated email

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the quality of this website. I have forwarded your finding to our team of specialists for further investigation.

To uphold the quality and reputation of Google AdSense, all AdSense participants are held to our program policies (HTTPSlinks://www.google.com/adsense/policies ) and Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/terms).

If this website is found to be in violation of any of these policies, we will take the appropriate action on the account.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

I found it funny that the email didn't include a reference to the original complaint. It was very difficult to track if these were my complaints or if Google was acting on them. So, one day, I fired back the following response.

You guys should really return the complaint with this email. Cause, I don't remember complaining about any sites in the last 24 hours, but I'm unsure if this is really related to something I complained about or other.

One week later, the complaint was attached with each email. The AdSense Team is listening. Thanks!
